• You are responsible for the shipping cost of sending your milk to me, however, I offer free shipping on all US orders when I send your beautiful keepsake to you!

• Only use the United States Postal Service (USPS). ONLY USPS is allowed to deliver to PO Boxes. Do not require a signature of the package because the breastmilk is delivered to a PO BOX. You should request and obtain your tracking number so you can keep track of the package. 
• TRIPLE BAG your milk! This is so important because we want to ensure if there are any leaks, your precious milk is secured. Please bag it in 3 BREASTMILK BAGS. Remember, regular zip lock bags are not meant for breastmilk and we want to prevent any mold. 
• I only need 1.5 ounces of breastmilk. Please DO NOT send me your last drop of breastmilk (in case it gets lost in the mail, which would be heartbreaking.) 
• Any leftover milk will be preserved in powder for 1 year of purchase date, for any future orders, and discarded after that date.
• Include your full name and order number in the bag. 
• Please note : Your breastmilk will ONLY be used for purposes of creating your special custom jewelry. I am not responsible for any lost breastmilk in the mail sent to me.
• Refunds: Unfortunately, I cannot offer refunds on custom made jewelry, such as breastmilk jewelry. I cannot control the packages getting lost after they leave the shop, so if you do not receive your order, please contact me ASAP.
