The Mommy Rebound is not responsible for the shipping cost of sending your milk to me, however, FREE SHIPPING is offered on all US orders when I send your beautiful keepsake to you!

*Please only use the United States Postal Service (USPS). ONLY USPS is allowed to deliver to PO Boxes.* 

Do not require a signature of the package because the breastmilk is delivered to a PO BOX. You should request and obtain your tracking number so you can keep track of the package. Please feel free to send me the tracking information of your package at themommyrebound@gmail.com.

Once your breastmilk has been received, turn around time frame may be 6 to 8 weeks. Please keep in mind that creating your special and unique piece requires a manual process that takes time.

The Mommy Rebound is not responsible for any lost or stolen breastmilk package sent to me. Please do not send your last bag of breastmilk due to this risk.

The Mommy Rebound is not responsible for lost or stolen packages sent back to you. Unfortunately, I cannot control packages getting lost after the leave my shop. If your package has been marked as “Delivered”, please contact USPS directly to file a claim. The Mommy Rebound is no longer liable once packages leave the shop.
